With over 130 years of experience, GEROFINANCE – RÉGIE DU RHÔNE is one of the oldest property management companies in French-speaking Switzerland, offering comprehensive services in management, brokerage, and real estate expertise.

To kick off this adventure, we brought together the Gerofinance teams during several collaborative workshops. The goal? Co-create a clear vision for their digital transformation. Together, we defined their ambition: to become the 3.0 real estate management partner, transparent, trustworthy, and with a human face. This vision has served, and continues to serve, as a compass throughout the project, guiding every decision.

UNITY.DESK is an all-in-one software designed to centralize and simplify real estate management.

It integrates a ticketing system, aggregates data from various sources, and presents it in a smooth and intuitive interface, while offering electronic document management (EDM). Thanks to its interface with the leading real estate ERP system in French-speaking Switzerland, UNITY.DESK allows teams to manage requests, track files, and collaborate in real time. Designed to be both powerful and accessible, this software streamlines internal processes while boosting productivity, with the help of artificial intelligence to optimize request management and anticipate user needs.

This is the core of the project: aggregating databases and unifying systems to offer a clear and coherent overview. This enables smooth management, quick decision-making, and cross-departmental information sharing for all employees.
